Respect and honest plans
- No harassment, threats, violence, hate, discrimination or pressure to participate.
- No fraud, impersonation, spam, hidden charges or misleading prices, places or activity details. Plans advertised as free cannot require hidden payments to participate.
- Respect venue rules and cancellations. Do not organise illegal activities or deliberately expose others to undisclosed risks.
- Do not publish private information, home addresses or third-party photos without permission. Respect copyright.
- No sexually explicit content, threats or material intended to exploit others.
Child protection
Jelo expressly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of minors and conduct facilitating these harms. This covers profiles, photos, plans, reviews and messages even though Jelo is intended for adults.
Report suspected content or a child at risk to soporte@jelo.live, identifying where it occurs. Do not download, copy, forward or email abuse material. Contact emergency services in immediate danger.
Reporting an incident
Email soporte@jelo.live with the affected user, plan or message, reason and explanation. Share only necessary information. A report does not by itself prove a breach or trigger an automatic sanction.
Illegal-content notices and contact point
Users and authorities can contact soporte@jelo.live electronically, in Spanish or English, about the service and illegal content without an account. Identify the exact content URL or reference, explain why it is illegal, supply your name and a contact email where required, and state that the information is submitted in good faith and is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Do not include or forward child sexual abuse material; avoid unnecessary personal data.
We will handle notices diligently and communicate receipt and the decision where contact details are available and appropriate, together with applicable review options. Removals or restrictions will include reasons where required, their scope and the rules or grounds applied. Review is human; we do not claim general monitoring of conversations or automatic detection of every abuse.
Review and action
The responsible operators will review reports and take justified action, including content removal, account restrictions and reporting to authorities where legally required. Decisions should be proportionate to context and severity. Request review through the same contact. The reporter's identity is not published to the reported person; its processing is subject to the privacy policy and legal obligations.
Blocking is not a substitute for reporting dangerous behaviour and does not automatically cancel bookings or payments. Contact support about activity-related problems too.
