Jelo brand and visual resources

Updated: 2026-10-20

This page provides a Jelo visual resource and explains how to refer to the service without causing confusion about who is communicating, organising an activity or working with Jelo. For the service provider's identity and contact details, see the legal notice.

1. The name and mascot

Jelo is the name of the activities and community service for adults presented on this website. Its current mascot is a smiling green character holding binoculars on a dark blue background. The binoculars represent exploration and discovering activities and people with shared interests.

The resource shown here is a simplified vector version of that mascot. It does not reproduce the texture of the application icon exactly. The red and white balloon used in other website elements is a separate visual resource; it should not be confused with the mascot available on this page.

2. Available file

Download the Jelo mascot as SVG. You can also open the image to view it. The vector format allows the design to be displayed at different sizes; check that it remains recognisable when reduced.

Downloading provides access to the file, but does not by itself grant a general licence to exploit, modify or sell it, or incorporate it into another product's identity. Nor does it establish that anyone using it represents Jelo. This page does not assert trademark registration, ownership by a particular individual or certification of the design.

3. Informational references to Jelo

If you mention Jelo in news, a review, a comparison or an activity description, clearly identify the author of your communication and explain its context. A link to jelo.live helps distinguish official information from third-party opinions or services. An activity listed on the platform should not be presented as organised, guaranteed or sponsored by Jelo solely because it is listed there.

When reproducing the resource in a permitted context, preserve its proportions, colours and identifying elements, leave space to distinguish it from surrounding content and avoid associating it with messages that could mistakenly be attributed to Jelo. These presentation guidelines do not extend the permissions applicable to a particular use.

4. Permissions and limits

To propose promotional uses, joint campaigns, products, commercial material or adaptations of the mascot, contact soporte@jelo.live before using them. Describe the resource, purpose, medium and intended scope, and include a proposal if needed. Silence does not constitute permission; any permission must specify the use it covers.

Publishing these files does not authorise impersonating the service, creating accounts or communications that appear official, or claiming a partnership, approval or sponsorship that does not exist. Nor does it authorise presenting a modified version as an official Jelo resource.

These guidelines are not intended to restrict uses that applicable law permits without permission, including informational references where the relevant requirements are met. Whether permission is needed depends on the particular use and applicable rights; not every mention of Jelo is presumed to require permission.

5. Incidents and rights enquiries

If you identify a misleading communication or believe a resource affects your rights, contact soporte@jelo.live. Provide the URL or location, the affected resource and the reason for your enquiry, together with enough information for us to respond. Do not send passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information that is not necessary.

The communication will be reviewed in light of the facts and rights that can be established. Receiving a complaint does not by itself prove an infringement or automatically determine that content must be removed. The privacy policy explains how the information you provide is processed.

6. Versions and updates

The date shown identifies the version of this information; it does not establish the first use of the design or any earlier period of use. Resources and these guidelines may be updated. Updating this page does not replace the specific conditions of an existing permission.
